• Vision

We envision a Europe where semiconductor knowledge, innovation, and strategy are guided by wisdom and experience, ensuring technological sovereignty and global leadership. We bridge academia, industry, and policy, shaping semiconductor innovation through collaboration, foresight, and continuity of knowledge.
  • Mission

► Strategic Advisory & Policy Impact. To provide Europe with an independent, experienced voice in semiconductor science, technology, and policy by uniting senior experts committed to guiding innovation, informing strategy, and shaping a resilient future.

► Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer. To mentor the next generation, foster knowledge transfer, and strengthen Europe’s semiconductor landscape.

Collaborative & Cross-Sector Bridge. To serve as a bridge between academia, industry, and policymakers by leveraging the lifetime experience of senior semiconductor experts to accelerate innovation and strengthen collaboration.

► Strengthen Europe’s Technological Sovereignty.  To advise on the creation of components to be integrated into systems to reduce and eventually eliminate dependence on foreign technology is strategic areas.

► Promote sustainable AI Technology. To advise on design and deployment of data centers for AI applications in view of the strategic cost of electrical energy. Design hardware and software components that are frugal in terms of energy consumption for use in AI systems and beyond.
  • Strategy

► To act as trusted advisor to the semiconductor ecosystem and policymakers. To partner with academia, research institutes and industry to build roadmaps. To publish position and white papers. To convene symposia and round table. Establish expert councils to address emerging problems.

► To create an open repository of knowledge.

► To facilitate international dialogue and networking.
